Every time we went to visit, it was closed. In a local book on Savannakhet we found the following passage (if you double click on photo you get the full image and can read it) but basically the library is rarely used and has books in French and English but not Lao! We took photos through the windows in the end…..it looks like they are getting new furniture so someone is attempting to gather interest in the library. It is just a one room house, but actually looks like a nice space with well thought out shelves.
