So from Siam Reap we went straight through to Bangkok by bus. Getting through the border into Thailand was a nightmare! We queued for hours in the ‘foreign’ line, but eventually made it through, then onto a minibus, then another minibus, and finally into Bangkok where they dropped us off near Khao San Road. I sat in a cafe/bar while Andre went to look for a reasonably priced place to stay…. which was difficult! He scored us a cheap shoebox room just off the main road but we were happy as we were only staying long enough to get our visa’s for Myanmar!
First impressions of Bangkok, pushing overladen carts past the border, and a river????
Went out for a meal that night, got offered much goodies by the hawkers, but we had to get a photo of the crazy zippo lighter! And the lovely deep fried bugs….. We also met a bunch of Czech/Brits/Polish etc and had a lovely evening!
Got our visa’s for Myanmar no problem! So booked a flight straight away (can’t go in by land, have to fly in) so off to Bangkok airport!

There are so many annoying things in the Taps UK, do not let the Bathtub Taps to chaos! Smoothly with the leader, often people do not feel it's there, but mainly with its spool, Pull Out Kitchen Taps, switch the way.
